The following terms of trade and delivery apply to all purchases on Noupetit websites

Order

Before placing your order, please check that your shopping cart, payment information, delivery address, and delivery method are correct. After placing your order on Noupetit.dk, you will receive a confirmation email where you can also verify that your information is correct. Payment

Nou Petit ApS accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay. Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK or EUR and include VAT.

Delivery

Nou Petit ApS aims to ship your order as quickly as possible and within 48 hours. Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item is expected to be delivered 3-7 business days after ordering, except for pre-sale items. For delivery to a pickup point, you must collect the package within the deadline you have been informed of via email and SMS. If you don't collect your package in time, it will be returned to Nou Petit ApS. Return shipping costs will be deducted when the amount for the returned items is refunded to you. Nou Petit ApS thus does not bear return shipping costs, either for "refused delivery" or "uncollected package". If, contrary to expectations, your package is not delivered within 3-7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate the reason for the missing delivery. Alternatively, you can also track your package here on Track&Trace if you chose GLS as delivery method. In case of non-delivery from Nou Petit, you are entitled to cancel the purchase. If you wish to cancel the purchase due to non-delivery, please contact us at [email protected]. If you wish to cancel the purchase due to non-delivery, please refuse receipt of your package if it arrives later.

Complaint and right of return

We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you may receive a replacement item, a refund, or a discount on the purchase price. The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper handling of the product. You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering a defect or issue. You are responsible for the return shipping costs when filing a complaint. Read more about your warranty rights on the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's website. We offer a 14-day full return policy on items purchased through our webshop, effective from the day you collect or receive your package. You cannot cancel by simply refusing the delivery; you must provide clear notification of your intent to return the item. If you wish to exercise your right of return, please notify us via email at [email protected]. If you wish to send the item back, it must be returned to us within 14 days after you have informed Nou Petit of your decision to exercise your return right. 

Nou Petit offers an extended return policy for items purchased as gifts on Noupetit.dk. If you would like an extended return period, please specify the date the gift will be given in the comment field during checkout or email us at [email protected]. The extended return period applies for 14 days after the gift is received.. IItems can only be returned if they are still in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. There must be no signs of use, stains, or damage, and all labels must be intact. You are only responsible for any depreciation in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality. In other words, you can try the product as if you were testing it in a physical store. If the product has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you return the product, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the product at the time of return. To receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it. You are responsible for the direct costs of return shipping. When returning an item, you are also responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You hold the risk for the item from the moment it is delivered to you until it is received back at our warehouse. Therefore, we recommend that you obtain documentation for the return shipment, such as a receipt from the post office or courier. We do not accept packages sent with cash on delivery. Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected]. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo if the damage is visible. We will exchange or refund the item as soon as possible, provided the complaint is valid and timely. Complaints must be filed as soon as you become aware of the damage or defect after receiving the product. Visible damage or defects must be reported within 14 days after collecting your package from the pickup point. In accordance with applicable law, you have a 2-year warranty on products purchased from Noupetit. These conditions apply only to items purchased from Noupetit.dk and Noupetit.com. If you wish to file a complaint regarding a Nou Petit product purchased from one of our retailers, please contact the store or website where the product was purchased.

Refund

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive the amount you paid back. In case of a depreciation, for which you are responsible, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we have recieved the product thats applicable for refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to another method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided proof of having returned it beforehand.
